Michael Seashols, co-founder of USoft serves as president and CEO. Seashols has had extensive background in the software industry since the early 1980's when he was the first vice president of sales and marketing at Oracle and drove Oracle's growth ten-fold and was instrumental in Oracle's initial public offering in 1986. Seashols then assumed the identical role at Ingres and assisted in Ingres's public offering in 1988. Seashols most recently was CEO of several emerging software companies including Documentum, a leading document management supplier and Versant Object Technology, one of the emerging object database vendors.
Bob Reiber, co-founder of USoft is the vice president of product development. Most recently, Reiber was the director of software strategies for Unisys. Reiber has held key development, services and marketing responsibilities for Unisys both domestically and internationally.
Art Sarno is vice president of marketing and brings a wide breadth of experience in the software industry. Sarno has served as president at TechGnosis, as vice president of business development / marketing at Momentum and as vice president of sales and marketing at SmartStar. Sarno's accomplishments include experience in the middleware market as well as the application development market.
Bob Ney is vice president of corporate support which includes worldwide customer support, technical support, and consulting services. Ney's experience includes roles as vice president of corporate support at Oracle, Ingres, and Natural Language. Ney most recently was CEO of Soda Creek, a leading image processing company.
Max ten Dam is European vice president of USoft. Ten Dam was previously the founder and President of TopSystems which he started in 1987. Ten Dam was instrumental in building TopSystems' strong technology product offering as well as their European sales and services organization.
